Reply / post count

Is there or can someone make a plugin that only lets 1 reply to a topic count as 1 post count and no more...

so if I reply 4 times to a post it only  counts as 1 towards my post count

This may be possible, however the plugin would be unable to actually modify the post count, only to mask it with a modified number.

what I'm trying to accomplish is as they post i want certain boards to become available. they become available as they reply to the previous post or boards. okay here's an example if I have 4 boards created as they post at each board one time I would like for the other one to be available one by one now I know this is possible right now but the problem is if they accidentally replied twice then they'll get to see multiple boards that I didn't want them to see yet. Right now the problem iis that if they reply to a topic twice then multiple boards become available. so I want to make it possible that when they reply twice to one bored it doesn't add to their post count only the first reply actually adds to the post count. Besides I don't want them to get a high post count with little replies. I hope this is possible

It is not possible to affect the post count in this way with a plugin.
