Member of the Month Sidebar

I would like to have a Member of the Month on my site. I would like for it to be located on the right side of the page without distorting the board too much.

Do 3 boxes in the member of the month. Staff of the Month, Male Character of the month, and Female Character of the month.
These need to be able to have images placed into them and also have both decent instructions and easily understandable coding.
I'm am not code-smart at all, so... simpiliar is better.
It still needs to look cool and blend in with the site background.

So, that's what i'm asking for. I hope i described it well enough... :/

You can get the location for the Of The Months that you want with the Sidebar Redux. Once you install it on your forum, it has areas where you can put the information you want. For example:
<center><font size="4"><u>Character of the Month</u></font><br>
<a href="LINK TO CHARACTER'S BIOGRAPHY><img src="LINK TO CHARACTER'S IMAGE></a><br>
Some text about the character and why they are chosen as character of the month
or whatever it is that you want. =)
