Wrapping Text

One of our member cannot read the whole screen when he uses our forum.

Is there a setting or code that can be applied to ensure that all text is captured on a single screen and automatically wraps as required to fit the viewers screen?

Or is this a setting on his browser?

Can you provide a link to your site (guest viewable) and point out the text the member can't see. Hard to know what the issue might be otherwise. Thanks.
