Ability to limit member group's access to specific boards

I did not see this option available when I went to make member groups without having to specifically put each member into each group.  I was wondering if it would be possible to make a plugin to where new members with 25-49 posts minimum (or however many i set it to) are not able to view certain boards that I specify.

If I could get an answer of if this plugin is available (which I have not found), if the option is already available (which I have also not found) or if someone could create this plugin I would greatly appreciate it!

you can set board permissions with posting ranks. its under the same area as group permissions for the board   look under custom

It allows me to choose member groups (which, as i stated, i would have to put each member into) but i do not see an option for posting ranks. is a screenshot possible?
