Message Logging

We are currently having a problem on our forum with people coming on and private messaging people to go over to there forum.
Is there any way an Admin tool could be created so that you can see all of the messages being sent from user to user.

I have seen this done before but not on proboards

private messages are just that - private. if someone wants you to see a message they can forward it to you. the abuse of a power like seeing everyones private messages would be astounding.
