Anniversary Image [library support]

Question...it seems the image doesn't automatically load onto people's profiles. When I see someone posting in a thread who has reached the 10 year, their anniversary image doesn't show up on their mini profile until I refresh the page. Then it shows up. If I go to the next page in the thread and they have posted there as well, we're back to no image. I have to refresh each page to see who has reached this milestone.

Any ideas on why this is happening? Thanks so much.

The reason this happens is because the plugin loads up on page load.
When you change pages, you do not "run" the plugin again.
So it doesn't change your posts, until you refresh.
Install this and it should fix your issue. Anniversary Image Helper.pbp (891 B)
All it does is run the plugin after page change event.

Funny thing is that now when I "like" a post made by someone with a badge, another badge will appear in their profile! Two's better than none, so I'm not complaining.

update to the new version. and then turn off pastuleos. I added in something to prevent double images

Yeah, I didn't want to add any special identifiers, it just got the job done. That was because I didn't spend the time making a proper detection on when and why you should make the code run again.
Wormopolis has now updated the plugin so you should remove the helper when you update.

I would only be upset if you literally copypasted my code and put your name on the top of it. if you write something that simply works alongside or augments a code, no one can ever really get mad at that. once someone else's code has made changes to the page, they cant stop more changes being done by another plugin.

you fixed a glaring omission from the original code and I appreciate that.

I am obviously doing something wrong as I can't get this to work on my forum

am I right in thinking that I just need to input the years, the links to images?

and put <span class="anniversary" style="display:none">$[user.registered_on]</span>
in the mini-profile template ?

What there something obvious that I missed?

that span has to be INSIDE the mini-profile div. the div is the container it looks for and then inside
