Anniversary Image [library support]

puts an image at the bottom of the mini-profile depending on the number of years someone has been on the board.  can be set for year round display, or only during a set window of days around the actual date.

Is it possible to modify this for a user's birthday instead of anniversary?

Only if you put their birthday in the span. And then its contingent on IF they have it set to even display their birthday

I can't say for it will work unless one if tries it. It will likely need the full date though. I can look when I get a chance, but if you try it and it works let me know

the template variable for birthday doesnt seem to put a timestamp out, so the code doesnt have anything to calculate from. Its going to take a major rewrite to make it convert text dates into number dates.

If birthdays had a timestamp this would be as easy to do as place 1 variable in the template.

I have a question - I have this plugin installed and setup. Seems to be working fine as the image I selected looks to be showing fine. However, one of the mods on my forum swears it is not showing up for them no matter what he does. Anyone run into this problem before?

did you put the registration date variable in the MP for all themes?

My forum is celebrating its 10th anniversary and we want to put an anniversary icon on the MP of members who joined us in 2005. How would we code that on their MP? Would it be something like:

<span class="anniversary" style="display:URLofimage">$[user.registered_on_2005]</span>

Any help that you could provide would be most appreciated!

What you typed wouldnt be valid. If you want the image to show year round, check the box in the plugin settings. in the image collection, put 10 for years, then the image URL, then any extra text you want.

I now have this running on my board, as today is our 10th anniversary.

Question...it seems the image doesn't automatically load onto people's profiles. When I see someone posting in a thread who has reached the 10 year, their anniversary image doesn't show up on their mini profile until I refresh the page. Then it shows up. If I go to the next page in the thread and they have posted there as well, we're back to no image. I have to refresh each page to see who has reached this milestone.

Any ideas on why this is happening? Thanks so much.
