I have a canine roleplaying site called Elysium. It isn't post apocolyptic or end of the world ish. It's a canine roleplaying site that has a very interesting plot as of right now. Though I cant tell you that cause that would ruin the surprises. xD
I'd like a very theme with a very happy and whimsical feleing. With a hover banner and side bars... Don't really know how to explain it. With the boards beside eachother and not below. The tool box that's like: home, messages, log in, register below the banner. Thank you. If you need anymore details cause I know there's not a lot of them as of right now. Feel free to ask.
