Do you mean you'd like to apply CSS styling to the Rank Name in a mini-profile? If so, then go to your Mini-Profile Layout Template, find $[user.rank.name] and then apply a div style around it. I.e. <div style="font-family: georgia;">$[user.rank.name]</div> or whatever styling you want

the css i am trying to use is .Administrator { display: inline-block; height: 30px; line-height: 30px; padding: 0 15px; color: red; } With this code, I'm assuming you want to change ranks only for Admins in that group?

Are you trying to make certain styling specific to member groups? If so, try this.
Go to Mini Profile Layout Template
At the very bottom, code all of your classes like you did above, and at the start of them put <style> and at the end of them put </style>
Then, go up to where $[user.rank.name] is in the layout template, probably near the top.
For each member group, you'll put {if $[user.group.id] == "NUMBER"}<div class="CLASS NAME">$[user.rank.name]{/if}
Where it says NUMBER, you need to put the number of the Member Group. If you need help figuring out what each member group's number is, you can either ask for help here or go to Groups in someone's profile and Inspect Element on the member group name (if Chrome, I believe) to see what the number is.
Where it says CLASS NAME, put the class you coded down between the <style> tags.
You can do this for each member group that you want to have a different style to it.
