Table Around Cbox

Hello. I'm currently building a forum, so far everything else is going nicely but I recently installed a Cbox (Chat Box) in the Global Footer of my forum. It's working great but I would like to create a table around the Chat Box where there are a list of Rules so people will see the Rules when chatting. Is there a Code for that, that's compatible with V5? I've googled for two days and haven't found anything and I know it's possible because I've seen it installed on other forums, such as this one: www.bleachsocietyrp.proboards.com/

First of all, are you using the Shout Box default to proboards or a Chat Box that is hosted elsewhere like the forum you linked?
