Edit the hover banner

I can't figure out where to edit what goes in the box that pops up over the banner/logo.  First of all, it's supposed to be included with the theme I installed, but nothing pops up.  I saw something about the global header and footer not installing with the theme.  Is the hover over banner stuff part of that?  And where do I find the code to manually enter?  I don't care if it affects all themes because only one theme is enabled.

Your best bet would be to post in the thread for the theme you downloaded.
