I can't download the plugin from the PB Library

I think that is a support issue but you can install the plugin still if you want to

I tried going to the plugin page and the only option is to "Download" the actual script. When I click that, it takes me to the Yahoo search engine page saying that page doesn't exist or whatever. Do you think I should open a topic the Proboards support board?

you can install by go through your ADMIN PANEL and plugin then plugin library, the option to install is there
admin>plugins>plugin library. If that does not work then you need to ask support for help. I was able to download the newest version and not the previous

If you're still unable to even download the plugin post in the Support Board as that sounds like a problem with either the library itself or how your browser is rendering the library.

If you're still unable to even download the plugin post in the Support Board as that sounds like a problem with either the library itself or how your browser is rendering the library.

I was able to fix it. It was a minor problem with my board. Thanks to all of you for replying with suggestions.

Brian, I have a member who can't see the descriptions? Other plugins are working for her and she is using Google Chrome on a laptop like myself. I tested on a staff account and a non-staff account and the descriptions were visible on both but for her.

I had a look at the Edit Profile page on her account in Chrome and all of the descriptions on the custom profile fields are present.

She can try incognito mode or disabling any add-ons she has installed in Chrome but beyond that I wouldn't be able to explain why they're not showing on her end as they're definitely showing for me when viewing the page under the same circumstances.

It looks like the pb.data('user').group_ids variable the plugin is dependent on got removed in an update for some reason.

I added a task to our tracker to fix that.
