I hope I am placing this in the right place!

I am looking for a plugin that I can see this site uses

It enables the user to modify the text without all the and stuff around it - I've been searching the plugins but can't seem to find it.

I would like this formatting thing enabled on my site to make text editing easier and more fun!

modify what text? you are going to need to give us more then that.

Currently when I post on my own site I end up with having brackets all over my posts during editing which is annoying as heck

if you switch to the visual editor tab, you shouldnt see any of those brackets.
