How to make or use Graphics?!?!

I'm having trouble All over the place! I Don't know how to make custom page for my website and don't know how to change the font and font sizes of title and letters and I want to change my bars with "home, forum, help, search, etc." and "Art, News, Legend" to look more professional like this one:

I Just want my website to be more "cleaner" with graphics But I have no idea how to do this since I'm a new person into creating websites and graphics. Someone please teach me even though i sound whiney!

You have a lot of question but to answer your title question:
To make graphics: You don't necessarily have to make them yourself. You can request someone make them for you here:

support.proboards.com/board/21/graphic-design-requests

I would suggest t change your home, forum, help, etc. to look more professional, you can just change the font.  A great place to find fonts is here:
www.google.com/
Once you find a font you like, click on the "use" option and copy the line that says for use on your web site. You can stick that code in your global headers. Then they give you how to use it in your style sheet.

In my example, I'm using the google font, "Loved by the King". Go to your style sheet:

Admin> Themes> Advanced Styles & CSS> Style Sheet and add this to the bottom changing the blue to the google font:

font-family: 'Loved by the King', cursive;
}
#navigation-menu ul li a:hover{
font-family: 'Loved by the King', cursive;

Where are you getting stuck on creating a custom page? If there are other fonts and sizes you want to change, most can be done in the Visual Editor in Themes. If there is something specific you need help with changing just let me know and we can help you out with that.
