So this is kind of a possible forum i would like to build if i could find some support for it or maybe its just a mock-up of some interesting template modifications.. anywho would like some input from anyone on it. Its far from complete i really hate the main page layout now and i think i may have another idea for the posting page but as far as now this is what i have... only thing really tested out so far is the css code for creating a outerglow and hover effect for the "board" images found some issues with the "cover image" and the buttons (like,quote,ect) they tend to open up in the div verse over it but really haven't figured it out yet... like i said any input is appreciated the post template was inspired from facebook

It looks like it would need a considerable amount of code to format your forum in that manner. I'm not a coder really, I'm just starting out, so I wouldn't be the one to tell you; however, I've never seen a forum utilizing features like that. As a side note, are you sure you would want the exact thread format, as seen in the second screenshot? I feel like having a sort of "cover" photo (similar to the covers on Facebook timelines) between each post in a thread would make reading through said thread laborious. It might not be the most efficient design for it. However, someone might be able to do it. If you're sure it's what you want, there's no harm in asking. You'll probably need a very skilled coder's opinion in any case.
