Problem with personal smilies plugin

I've had a few of my moderators and members saying that their personal smilies are not working anymore. They are able to see and choose the smilies they added, but when they post them, nothing shows up. I haven't been able to recreate their problem myself, so far it's been working for me. I made sure to update the plugin yesterday, but that hasn't helped. Any ideas?

I just checked out the thread and attempted a few test posts as the users with the issues, only to find that the personal smileys were showing appropriately for me. Since I'm using Chrome, can you ask Chrissy, Suzy, and anyone else with the issue what browser they happen to be using?

Thanks for looking into it.  A few members have responded (in that same thread) and say that they are having the problems in both Chrome and Firefox.

ETA: And someone is using Safari.

Hi, took a break from this issue while I was busy over the holidays, but many of our members and moderators are still having trouble getting their personal smilies to post. I even deleted the plugin and then installed the latest version, but it still isn't working. The members can see their personal smilies, choose one, but then it doesn't show up in their post. Many have tried in Safari, Chrome, FF and IE and it's not working in any browser.
