I need a theme, but I'm allowing for quite a bit of freedom

I need a theme that is either:

a. a beach colored theme
b. a winter-ish theme
c. just a generally brightly colored theme

In the banner I would prefer it say Beautiful Nightmares somewhere on it. It's essentially an advice kind of forum, if you were wondering. Ask any questions you may have. (:

It is full of tutorials whether they be fashion, makeup, recipes, etc... I would say it oriented towards teenage girls more than anything though.
