I know you can report posts, but is it possible to have a place where you can report and view reported members? And even better, make it so after 5-10 reports you get banned until further review?

there is NO way a plugin would be allowed that banned someone simply by having users report them. as much as you want to trust people, think of how badly that could get abused.

the simplest method involves using the feature already there of reporting a post BY that author and stating the reason you reported was for the author not the post itself. that is what happens here on support.

a secondary method, would be to create a board set to "private" where all threads can only be seen by staff and the original author, where someone can just create a thread about someone and no one will ever see it except those who SHOULD be able to. conversations could even be carried on in those threads if further detail was required.

a less secure method would be to use a plugin since all plugin data can be seen publicly and all it would take would be a glimpse at source to see if your name was on the list. I dont advise that sort of method.

+1 for the private board idea.

Also, I believe that reporting members has been suggested as a feature in the past. No clue if it was accepted, but this could be a future feature.
