Member Not Able to Load Personal Smilies

I have a member who is having problems adding personal smilies. I have posted a step by step tut, which she says she followed. She is pretty pc saavy normally, I don't know how else to help her.  They work for me and for others.

You have to ask what browser she is using and if she has updated it recently. If she tries it in another browser and it works, you have your culprit.
Also you should find which part of the tutorial doesn't line up.
If it is maybe that it's not visible, or if it's just not saving correctly. Maybe even everyone else can see them but her.

Thanks, I'll advise her.  Here is a screenshot of what it looks like for her.  It shows that it's there, but it's not.

It looks fine. I would suggest running two scenario's. One, Having her change her browser. And if that fails, her creating another user account and seeing if that fixes the problem.
