Proboards Money System

I am having problems with the proboards money system. I've checked the thread and there seem's to be nothing about other people having issues like we are. We have everything updated, but nothing seem's to be making any sense to us. Could anybody help us?

Well we are hosting a 31 Days. Where members answer questions and get points/money as the prize. We will update the prize and give them their points, only one person gives it to them and then the next day the points seem to disappear from their profile. I believe their always less than what they are supposed to be.

Hi kalz23,

My apologies, you created the thread just as I was leaving yesterday so I wasn't able to see your response until now. If points are seemingly missing as time goes by, I'm not sure if there's a particular setting that would cause that unfortunately. I see you posted about it in the support topic for the plugin here though, hopefully Peter will be able to see that soon.

Some advice though, you may want to provide a specific example of the situation you experience. IE. "member A was given 35 points, the next day their points total dropped to 15 points and they did not buy anything from the store." -- something more specific like this should be able to better reveal where the issue might be
