when they get the dialog popping up, are they clearing it or are they just going to another page? the button on the dialog has to be pushed.

has to be on members or they wont be able to save to their own key. I guess you COULD technically set it to staff and "allow members to set their own" as well. if a member clicks their name while looking at their profile page, it will show them their own rank up history

Is it possible for the User colors to appear in the User Profile also ?

The salute box is an HTML entity in the plugin settings. you can edit it however you please, including adding an image to it.

The "user colors" should appear in the profile unless you have some other CSS overriding it. can you link me to where it isnt getting colorized?

I have this same problem it goes crazy at times and for some reason some members i get like 10 notifications and others just 1
