New Post/No New Post Icon Help

I'm currently away from home and am unable to properly redesign this icon. I was hoping someone would simply re-scale it (so it's 32x32) and make one that has the green parts red.


So what I'm hoping to get is:

1 32x32 Green
1 32x32 Red
