Wow, SUPER useful plugin! 5/5 stars for sure.

Thought id throw out a suggestion though, for you to look out whenever you have the time - I know bug fixing can get tedious lol. Anyway, the level meter is a really useful plugin for those of us who maintain fantasy based forums, and I know several people who use it in conjunction with money system and shop system plugins to recreate a forum role play environment. However, an option in the plugin for the meter to only count posts from certain threads or forum categories - so that posters get experience and gain levels through posting in "world" threads - would be very very useful.

That's really the only feature suggestion I've got. Really like the color fade option, and group exclusion as well. THanks for the hard work

The problem is that post count isnt seperated in the system by boards. its just the ONE total. you could either turn off post counts for the boards that shouldnt apply to that total, or the plugin would have to be upgraded to start using a super user key in order to track which boards each post came from (which would be ignored if they posted using the mobile app).

I'm going to admit it - I'm rather new to the proboards system so I wasn't aware that you could disable post counts for various threads. Thank you for solving my problem for me! A little bit of finagling will have my problem solved in no time.

In that case, I guess I don't have anything else to input. I'll be sure to look out for bugs and to report them, thank you Wormopolis.

Hey Wormopolis,

I was wondering about this Plugin. I put it onto my forum, and it's working great (in the way that it's on the mini profiles). I was wondering why it's also showing on the Staff's mini profiles and how I can stop that; I only want it to be visible on the member's mini profiles.

How can I fix this? It just stopped working all of a sudden, I've had the level bar show up for a long time. I tried deleting and reinstalling, but I can't seem to find the problem.

If you changed themes, it likely added some CSS that is affecting the table being used as the color bar. I would have to inpsect on site.

How can I change text like Nivel: ... instead of "Current Rank"

Also how dow I make the plug to show if i change the word "posts" in templates for another.

put a hidden span that held the post count and still said "posts". It needs to have correct structure in order to obtain the right number.

"current rank" is a hard coded text value.

yeam I meant to retype that, but basically if you have a hidden span that looks the way *I* want it, then you can have a visible part that shows it the way *you* want it. we both win.

Wormopolis, I am helping a friend with their site and I recently updated all their plug ins. The Level Up Meter is causing a thread pagination issue. The weird thing is that I use the same plug in and version (1.2.3) on my site and it doesn't cause this problem.

Just to add more info, I tried the previous version and had the same problem so reinstalled the latest version. I went through and disabled all the plug ins (by threes) a few minutes ago and the problem still persisted. Ricky checked template mods and headers/footers. I've no idea what to try next.
