This is the Plugin Library, veenessa, and not at all the place for this post. However, what it's telling you is that you are trying to import a Plugin that requires a Super Key. You only get 2 Super Keys when making your forum and any further ones you have to purchase for a low fee. You can either remove one of the other two Plugins that uses a Super Key to make room for your new Plugin, simply not use this new Plugin that requires one, or buy more space and have all 3. Super Keys are basically storage for plugin creators and thus they have a limit that exceeding requires payment--well, any Key is storage, but Super Keys are the 'large' ones that you have a far lower limit for and have a lot more storage in them. They aren't anything you actually have to use yourself but the Plugin you want to install requires it because that's how the Plugin Creator designed it. Hope that helped you clarify.

one more question what are the Super key plugins?

super keys are special keys that make data available to more then just local areas. a regular user key is only available to that particular member. a super user key makes data available for that member available to all members, but only if that user happens to appear on that page.

regular keys: post, thread, conversation, user
super keys: superuser, forum

a super forum key is available to all users at all times.

you start out with 2 slots for super keys, and 10 regular keys. but you can purchase additional slots in the upgrade area of the admin panel.
