Post Tweet Button

I know you can post tweets using the code [twitter id=] but is there (or could there be) a button like the image or url buttons and you click it, put in the number and then click *insert tweet* and it will automatically do the code for you so you don't have to type out [twitter id=] every time?

Since this involves BBcode that is already supported except for the fact that Proboards has not provided a button for it, you can use this plugin to create a custom button for it.

-enter twitter for the tag
-enter an image you would like to use for the button
-enter Twitter for the name
-enter noendtag=1|id= for the attributes



-checkmark visual and bbcode at bottom to have your custom button appear on those tabs
(in this updated version [v0.8.9] if you opt not to place any buttons on the quick reply then custom buttons won't appear there)

The button shows up (Thank you) but when I post the tweets don't.

Maybe it's Twitter. I disabled the code and tweets still aren't showing up.

The tweet in this post used to show for me and now it doesn't and there's an error in the twitter API code so more likely due to failure on Twitter's end or Proboards just made some changes (from what I can tell) that is inadvertently causing that error in the API.

The error that was occurring in the Twitter API has been fixed for me on this support forum as well as a private forum. Has it been corrected for you as well?
