Add a new buttom to top bar

I would like to add a new button to the right end of the top bar (Home, Search, Members, etc) which I could use to hyperlink to another site.

Could someone please make me a plugin for this?

No plugin necessary. Go to Admin Home > Settings > Forum Settings > Navigation tab. You and add a custom button there.
