"Recent posts" creating a seperation...question

Sorry if this has been asked or is posted in the wrong place.....

On our board which has just been switched over,when viewing the "recent posts" there is no separation between posts.
No color change and few ways to tell which post is which.

How do I correct this or get a border between each post?

You can either separate the posts by color, or use the Post Separator

Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS > Visual Editor

Click on Threads (Post List) > Posts > Post Separator, and give the border a width and color.

Or click on Threads (Post List) > Posts > Odd/Even Coloring, and give each odd or even post a slightly lighter background color.
