not really, unless you are after who is viewing a particular board (the info center at the bottom of a board view will show who is in that view). an always accurate, complete list of all online isnt something available.

If you feel strongly enough about needing it, you can always make a feature request in the support board and see what the developers say about adding it to proboards.data. remember though they have to weigh how much gets loaded on each pageview versus necessity because it affects load time.
