not sure if this would be considered a plugin or a code itself. if it needs to be moved that be great - since it'll probably help get answers quicker haha

i don't know what the title would be or even what keywords i should search. i already tried but everything i tried in the search option never took me to what i'm interested in. basically what i want is a code for the quick links. i don't have anything super specific in mind so if you could show me different styles that would be great. i'm not a huge fan of the drop down ones tho, but i did like the ones where you hover over the word and i guess you could call it a block goes over the word. did that make sense..? o.O

but again, i would most appreciate being shown multiple options.

and again, let me know if this is moved somewhere better. i just don't know if it's a code or considered a plugin; considering what proboards has done to itself, i never know anymore hah

I like the accordion menus if that's what you mean.
If you have only 5 or 6 links you could do just about anything.
You are looking more for a code snippet than a plugin
