Memories of Magic Revamp

I consider myself fairly good with doing basic things on my forum, such as making skins.  But I cannot do anything extravagant and something out there that catches the eye.  I am requesting to see if there is anyone out there who wants to help me change my forum through coding, themes, etc. and anything else you can think of to make it unique and different compared to any other forum.  The main idea behind the forum is something magical and fantasy like.  Going off from that, if anyone would want to help me with ideas and even do it themselves, let me know.  I am willing to offer a badge of your choosing for any support I can get, provided I am satisfied with the outcome.  I am looking to see if any of the extreme coders will want to help me, by chance, to make the forum something that has not been seen before.

I am extremely busy, so can't commit to anything right now.

However, show me some concept art from your designer, if I like it a lot, maybe I would consider it depending on certain things which we can discuss after.

Understood. I had no specific ideas, but just need something done that is unique. Maybe since the site does with magic, a way to make categories and/or boards float into view when you hover over the text for that category? And just the style in general so that it doesn't look like a typical proboards forum. Nothing against the original layouts, but I have this theory that proboards features a forum every week which looks completely different than the other forums. So I was thinking I need to get things done with my forum in order to have a better chance to perhaps get picked to be featured.
