Scroll Boxes for News and important info.

Ok, I have tried to look for something that I can use, but have not been able to find what I need. It should be pretty simple, but I want a boardered scroll code to place in the center of my header. I would also like a place to link important threads and maybe a plot. Here is kind of what I am hoping to end up with, but I need the news box most of all. If it can also be tabbed that would be great!

That's an example of what I need. Also if I could get codes for the side boxes that will save me from needing them later.

Go to your administration panel and hover over plug-ins and select the Plug-in Library. You will be taken to a page where it lists all the plug-ins. In the search box on that page, type in "dynamically" or "tabbed" and the "Dynamically Tabbed Table" plug-in should show up. Click on it and on the right side you should see an option to download it directly to your forum. Once it is installed you can edit the contents to suit your needs. I'm not sure if it automatically has a scroll bar so if you need help with that, I can tell you how to add one.

Thank you, that worked ^^ I do need help with the scroll though, since I can't figure that part out, and can you tell me how to center it?

Edit: Can you tell me how to get the Monetary System Pluggin to work? It's not showing up on the profiles and I tried looking through all the settings, but noting is working.
