Email notification of Post

I have searched and can't find a plugin for this.

Is there a plugin that allows email notification that a post has been made to a thread?

Example: Our forum is an educational forum and questions can be asked. It would be nice if there was a plugin where if I created a thread, what is 2+2, and if someone posted a reply it would notify me that there has been a reply.

I think this is a default option for proboards, no plugin needed. May be wrong

Go to your Profile > Edit Profile > Notifications tab
