I uploaded a image for my plugin and linked it. I have the image selector in my settings. Now in my code how do I set the image up? I have: <img src="Image variable"> but will not show. Can anybody help me with this?

Wormopolis, For some reason the images are broken in the plugin. I uploaded the images through the image tab and the created a image selector and selected the images. I'm using the image selector variable <img src="$[plugin.settings.background_image">.How can I fix this?

You don't have a closing bracket for the variable in the code you provided.

Brian, That's a type "o" on my behalf but I do have that in my plugin already. It's just not working.

I had a look at this with Tim and it looks like the variable only outputs the image name inside HTML components when placed inside a {foreach} loop. We may revisit how it works in the future.
For now, here's how you can get it working:
Go to the plugin's Images tab and click the pencil icon next to each image to give them regular names instead of their file names (example: crown and tiara).
Then go into the plugin's Components tab and replace the <img> line that isn't working with this. You can replace the text in green with the names you gave the images in the other tab.

Okay I thought it worked like a regular select variable drop down.

Apparently not, but like I said, it might change later on. I don't think we've touched the Image Selection component since we made it.
