after a while and several thought processing on my half and with the help of Todge with the Login counter plugin and Wormopolis with the royal PITA plugin thats 99.9% done. now I'm thinking of a minute online counter similar to the login counter when a user logins into their account it automatically counts that login. with the minute online it would count how many minutes a user is online until they log out or get a force out "maintenance, bans, etc..." I think I brought this up before but I'm not sure. one thing I do know this will be a superkey because its holding information. can this be done or am I going way out the box again with complication for plugins?

I'm afraid what you're asking is not really possible.
A key can only be updated after a user input, and updating said plugin after every onclick event would not go down well with PB. There's also the problem of those that do not specifically logout, as any plugin would only run while the member actually has a forum page open, there's no way to stop the code from counting the minutes while the member has navigated away, or even if they turn their computer off, those minutes would still be counted as 'online'.
