need some Profile help

Hey. I was hoping you could help me.

I have 1 thing I need help with with on the profiles. 

I. I would like to put the custom field title under the name of the person. (Like Mary Stuart is the Queen Of Scotland. I would like to put Queen Of Scotland under the name Mary Stuart)

It does that automatically when you add a custom title. The title will appear under the divider bar. Or are you saying you want it to appear on top of the divider bar?

So its not a custom field that im suppose to use? Thats what I've used and nothing appeared. How do I do a custom title? Ive looked all over the theme help page and I could find anything unless I was looking for the wrong thing..

No. You go into Edit Profile -> Staff Options -> Custom Title, where you manually type in their title.
