Hello, I apologize if this has already been discussed somewhere but I can not find it.  

Here is a screenshot of the current design with text describing what I want done.  I have added the "admin" image in there using the plugin called Icon Next to Members Name.  It is alright, but I would like it below the members name and for it to replace whatever position they have.  "Admin, moderator, staff, etc" Also I need to be able to manipulate it for specific members (The images purpose is to discern between staff and members) and only admins have the ability to edit it. 


Also, I would like "new" threads text to appear in bold. It looks like this now but I would like it to be bold when there is a new post the user has not read.  


Any help or pointing me toward a thread that covers these things would be greatly appreciated. I am a newb at CSS and the like so I have no idea where to start.  Thanks.....

Hello again.  I would like to add a homepage to my forum that wont be part of the forum or have a forum layout.  I know there are custom pages but I am having trouble figuring that out and cant seem to put any content on it.  I would like it to look something like this (obviously changed) but I cant even seem to find a way to put a title or image or anything.  Any ideas?  Website link for reference.  gunjackairsoftcollective.weebly.com/

An easy dirty trick to replace the text is simply to make the img and go into the member group name and change it to: [img]YOUR IMAGE[/img]
