Todge, I just got that reset pop up again.

... and yet again. Am I the only one getting this error and if so, why? lol

I just tested it out, and it all seems to be working, for me on my test site at least..

There are a couple of things that can cause you to get the pop-up again.. A member creating a thread using the mobile app, a member creating a thread with js disabled or more than one thread being created at the same time will all throw out the thread counter causing the pop-up to appear..

I'm afraid not. Apps are not supported on the mobile app and are written in JS, so there's no way to cover those issues, as for the simultaneous posting issue, there's nothing that can be done right now, but in the not too distant future we should have additional functions available that will help.

I have that code where the site s hidden if js is disabled, so I don't think that is what is causing mine.

I had it again today. I got it when I started a new chess game.

A member using a mobile app should not throw and error for me, right? So, why am I getting all these errors?

I'm almost afraid to ask the members how many they are getting.

If another member starts a new thread with the mobile app, then yes, it will cause that pop-up to appear for the next member that creates a thread.

As for the Chess System causing the issue, make sure that this plugin is above that in your plugin list.

Nothing as far as I can tell. This plugin is playing nicely with your Chess System Plugin on my test site, no arguments what so ever.

Chess game isn't causing a problem. It was just that one time, but I just got that reset pop up again and I was the only one on, so no one else was posting. Why is this popping up so much? I've had it happen other times too when no one else was on.

No-one else needs to be on for you to get the pop-up.

If someone has created a new thread using the mobile app, the next person to create a thread will get that pop-up, regardless of when it was created. Look at the top two newly created threads in the sidebar and see if the thread numbers are sequential, if you just got the pop-up, they shouldn't be. If they are, then something is going wrong.

I don't know why you are getting this happen a lot, but it just happened to me. The code did not throw an error, and the key was still written, but for some reason the thread number in the key was incorrect. As of yet I have no idea why, and I cannot recreate the error, so finding the problem is a little like looking for the proverbial pin in a field full of haystacks.

Have you noticed or done anything unusual when this happens? Like refreshing the posting page or navigating to/from it without using the 'Create Thread' button?

The file is only 4.6 KILObytes... Strange..
