I have one that has a php extension.
It's a plug-in that has three table games.

I don't think php works on proboards but I could be wrong, I'm unfamiliar with non-proboards plugins and whether they'll work on proboards (or if they're allowed). That's really more of a red-name question, so you should probably ask in the main support board instead

No.
You can only use ProBoards plugins (files with the extension .pbp).
Plugins have to be made specifically for ProBoards and cannot be for other system - so a plugin you might find for another blog system or anything like that will not work on ProBoards.
