Pokemon: Faded Cross Wars (Theme Request)

When it comes to managing a forum, I can do basic things like search for useful plugins, create boards and even create a nice looking skin to go with it. I can not however, do graphics or do any sort of complicated coding without a bit of help. So here's what I need. I would like someone to come up with a slightly dark but not so dark pokemon theme for my forum, any graphics and/or colors you use are fine, so long as they don't hurt the eyes when I look at it. On top of that, I would like the boards to all be beside one another, rather than one under another (if you need an example of this then I will give you one). It would also be nice (but not necessary) if you put spots for images on the boards as well. Anyways, here is the link to my forum:
