Invisible post?

Is there a way I can make a already created post invisible to people who haven't made a post in that board yet?
For example is someone was signing up for the forum and needed to submit an audition, could I make it so that the auditions created by other members can't be seen by anyone other then staff so that I can avoid the risk of them stealing answers to the questions of the audition and also spare the time of having to edit the persons audition so that its hidden.

make a board private. then the threads are only visible to OP and staff. look in the board settings.

I suggest using a password one.

Make sure to ONLY share it among the users you want to access that board.
