When creating a skin, do you usually alternate between both dark skins and light, or do you always go for just one?

I go for light themes. I don't like dark ones. Don't know why just don't.

Most of my skins are light, but I keep a few dark for any late-night browsers.

I like to have both light and dark skins for my members as well as several to choose from. Also I try to keep in mind both the male and female members of my site.

It depends on the content. If it's a gaming or design community/website, dark skins are normally called for.
If it's a general, or really any other forum or website, light skins are preferable. For the most part light skins are superior to dark, it's why you almost never see big companies like google, yahoo, facebook, etc. using dark skins for their websites.
