Simple Tagging On Posting Page

This is for adding individual tags? The all and group buttons already (or they should) be adding commas between names.
If you want a comma after each individual tag, I can add that in on the next update.

It seems that when I use this if I've already typed a post and click the buttons to tag it erases everything and just puts the tag in. Can you take a look at it. If you need to look at my forum let me know via PM because I'm not allowed to post the link here since it's a forums.net forum.

Can I be a pain and ask for another cell? I use it on SHIELD and I'd love to be able to tag rookies into a thread quickly for rookie training but I'm using two of my slots up already

If I do some adjustments for megyn then I'll add another in then.

For anyone else reading this, does what megyn is describing happen for you? Is anyone else using it on forums.net? ( I don't see that forums.net should make a difference but you never know. )

I'm using it on SHIELD that's forums.net and having no issues other then needing to update it from 1.04 to 1.05

Is there anyway for a space to be automatically put after a tagged name, and for the comma to be dropped if a name is the last one?

Would it be possible to make the Username field accept "$SQNM"? Seems to only accept letters and numbers.

Just bumping for when you have the time and also including an explanation.

Your Plugin is great and would help us no end but we may have a problem and that is why we would like to be able to take a person's name out of the thread's list.

The reason is that we are a forum of mostly silver surfers and in the cause of nature we have lost a few friends due to illness. Their accounts are still on the board and we cherish their memories but to have their name popping up on a Tagging list when they are dead is too much of a good thing we feel. It could upset a few people.

We do not want to delete their accounts and we tend to hold onto long threads - is there anyway that we can possibly exclude some members names and avoid embarrassment and upset perhaps??

There is but I was asked to change it to add a comma as that is what usually follows a name.

It's a username and "$SQNM" isn't a valid username.

Hi Pebble - only a few - I can shorten some very large threads thus basically removing people that died a couple of years ago but I would need possibly 2/3, if that is possible??

Give this a go Rosefriend. I added a tab to the manage section and you can add the display names in that section that you don't want to appear.
I added it to the plugin rather than having a separate bit of code but won't be updating the library as I think this is especially for you.
You can update your plugin with this version.
Let me know how it goes.
