Okay, so it's not technically a template but it has to do with the tamplates, so I apologize if this is in the wrong area.
I was wondering if there was a code around, or if someone could make a code for me, where the usergroup a member is a part of is the prefix to his display name.
For example;
"MrRed"
I would like it to be.
"[Group Name] MrRed"
Or, because the website I am wanting this for, it would actually look like..
"[Colonel] MrRed"
I'd appreciate any help. I'd do this manually, but people can delete the '[Colonel]' part so this needs to be non-editable unless they leave the group.

I'm not sure if this would be possible, at least forum wide...
Edit Actually, I guess you could maybe try this as a plugin. I think you would check for the group number and match it to a user supplied list in the plugin... maybe.
Edit 2 Actually actually, looking into this, this is going to be way easier than I thought. I forgot about jQuery lmao.

Okay, I finished it! I had so much fun writing this. I know you were looking for something like a template modification, but I couldn't really think of a good way to accomplish it that way, and this allows you to edit your selections, etc. With some more work it could easily be made a little more powerful, such as changing the color of the word and not the name (not sure why you'd want to do that, but you never know) or maybe having an image there instead. Let me know if you have any questions or anything at all! Add DN text based on group.pbp (789 B)
