Need help with stopping post-auto coloring.

Hi! I just created a new forum and have come across an annoying problem-consecutive forum posts are colored differently. I don't know why it does this or where it gets these colors from. Is there a way to stop it?
I know there are other people's themes who I can import but I can't edit these to fit my liking.

Also: Is there a way to stop forum sections from dynamically changing colors when you hover over the with the mouse? I am looking for a more static and simple interface.

Go to Admin Home > Themes > Colors & Theme Creator then click on Customize Theme Colors. Set the colors for Background Color 1 and Background Color 2 to the same color to keep the post colors from alternating. Change the Highlight color to your choice to change the mouse over hover color. Don't forget to click "Apply Color Scheme" and then "Save Changes", too.
