I'm looking for a posting template. With v4 and v4.5 I was able to change something, like Support, and have a template. It had Title of the Thread, and drop down menus. From there people can fill in the template. Is there a plug in for such a thing? Or is it not needed and has to be applied directly to the CSS (God I hope not), or is it a Header Footer thing.
Any assistance would be great.

Holy cow there it is. No wonder I had trouble finding it. This is perfect thank you.
