Announcement / Stickied Text Color Change Question

I want to change the color of the (Announcement) text, only.  Furthermore, I would like to change the color of the (Stickied) topics, as well.  I have sifted through visual editor looking for this, but fell short on luck.  Would anyone have any suggestions on this?

Hi, M³.

The announcement and sticky thread table rows have their own classes which conveniently go by the same name, so you'd simply need to use CSS to address the links within them using those classes. Add this to the bottom of Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS > Style Sheet.

.threads .announcement .main .link a { color: #00af33; }
.threads .sticky .main .link a { color: #00af33; }

Replace the hex colors in green with your preferred text colors for the thread titles.

To piggy back off of that, what would I need to add if I also wanted to change the row color of an announcement or sticky?  

And if possible, I'd like to also change the row color of user created threads.

Any help is appreciated.
