Hmm... The header is a little too big.. Maybe make it around 100px smaller? Also, the colors seem a little bright. Maybe tone it down a bit? Also, you made a shoutbox just to put a welcome thing. You should put that in the news feed, and not in the shoutbox. Other than that it's doing pretty good!

I like the banner, but the rest of the site is too bright.

The color choices are good, but maybe make it a gray and dark blue?

KEY 1 - Needs Improvement 2 - Good 3 - Excellent Graphics Background: 2 – I love it. It's mostly just white however I like how the boards look 3D like with it's shadowing. I love that. Logo: 3 – VERY NICE and very appropriate. Menu buttons: 2 – Very clean, evident but not distracting. On/Off icons: N/A Colors: 3 – I've always preferred the lighter color schemes. Excellent choice in colors. Content Focus: 2 – I can tell you’ve given this forum much thought for it looks like you’ve got the categories covered. I almost wonder if you've got too much going on but only time will tell. The more that your forum picks up traffic wise will determine which boards may or may not be relevant to your members. Just focus more on quality of posts and try to leave your posts with open ended questions that will encourage your members to respond. Number of boards: 2 – Great number of boards, not too many and not too little. However, one thing I would change is post in the boards that do not have any posts in them – even if it’s just an introductory post on what the board is about. It makes the forum look empty otherwise. Activity Level: 1 – I understand that it’s a new forum. Keep advertising your forum Proboards Support is a nice place to start. Stay active in your forum login every day and correspond with your members often. Spelling and grammar: 2 – I don't see too many issues with this however you may consider updating your boards' descriptions. This will encourage your current and new members to post in those boards. Also, you should consider going back and capitalizing the beginning of your sentences in your descriptions. Comments: You're on your way! For now I would focus a bit more on posting quality threads. It is critical that you focus on content because that could make or break your forum. New members join forums because they feel like they can benefit from it in some way. Good luck with everything! Some Useful LinksCode Database: A great place to look for useful codes for your forum. Graphic Design Request Board: ...if you want some graphics made for your forum. Customize your scrollbar: If you haven't already, customizing your scrollbar can give your forum a very nice touch.
