I use the "Posting templates" plugin on my website on strongwindacademy.proboards.com/. Some of our users have been experiencing problems on different browsers. I use Chrome, and it works fine on my end, and I tested it out on Internet Explorer and got fine results as well. However, one of my members uses chrome on a computer which works, but then they use Bing on their tablet, which I think is windows, the plugin will not allow them to save templates, though it will let them use templates already saved. Another member uses Mozilla Firefox and finds that she can save templates, but when she goes to pull them up from the drop down menu from both quick reply and the actual reply box, the templates will not show up. Is there a way to fix this beyond asking my members to change browsers? It is a browser issue, or perhaps something else entirely?

I would recommend posting in the support thread for that plugin so that the author knows of the problem you are having, or at least tag the author here.
