Left side table, right side table

Dear Experts!
I would like to put simple side bars to my board without installing plugins. Could You offer me a code about a left side table and a right side table?

I made my old V4 code to work in V5 without the use of plugins here.

Currently its only for the left side... I didn't get enough requests for the right, and if you know how to code a bit feel free to do it yourself. If not I can probably whip one up for you for the right side.
