Change board error message

I'd like to change

"You do not have permission to access this board."

to

"Sorry! You cannot access this part of our forum. Why don't you try Logging in or Signing up?"

Can no one help me with this at all? This seems like an extremely easy thing to fix......

You could try adding this to your global footer:

</script>

Changing the text in red to what you want to add. Replacing the text is not advisable as there are many error messages and some may be important.
This is not tested so you may have to report back with any testing you have done.
